Spanish 3 has been learning about how cultures are influenced by their foods. They had the opportunity to eat "Mole" (prepared by Mr.G), a pre-hispanic Aztec dish which consists of a variety of ingredients, particularly dry peppers and chocolate which results in a unique taste and texture.
